Dura-Stretch Large Format canvases are made with Dura-Stretch 32mm deep aluminium stretcher bars for greater stability, strength and durability.
Dura-stretch stretcher bars allow for greater stretching tension and will not twist or buckle as a result of humidity fluctuation. Hand stretched with a premium quality pre-primed 350 gsm Polyester / cotton canvas for those artists that want a fine close texture.
DX 350 canvas has a base cloth weight of over 350 GSM and is double primed with high grade acrylic gesso to give a unique super strong artists canvas that has a low susceptability to typical humidity related expansion and contraction.
